男主角問疑犯為什麼要殺人。
疑犯說：I only have two choices, either kill him, or spend the rest of my life in jail. "
男主角回答道：" Congratulations! You have both now."

疑問對男主角說："You guys have made mistakes. You are wrong."
男主角回答說："I could be wrong, you could be worng. But evidence is just evidence. And what evidence tells us, you are the killer."

男人虐打了女傭，女傭以刀刺傷男人。男人滿以為對方沒有合法身份，而自己是美國公民，打官司一定勝。女主角對他說她會幫女傭會打勝這場官司，因為已有證據顯示男人虐打女傭，女傭只是自衛。
男人說，"Are you out of your mind? She stapped me and she is not even an American. What kind of system is that?"
女主角笑了笑，說："I guess you are about to find out."
